Locust Hills Golf Course was built in 1933 ( the current front 9 ). At that time the course consisted of nine holes. Back in the 30's, there were only a hand full of courses in the Metro St. Louis area.
The course was expanded to 18 holes in 1961 ( the current back 9 ). In 1999 the course was purchased by the current management group with the promise of bringing the course back to its days of grandeur.

Ken Bunetic, Mark Onstott and Jim Roscigilione

Thanks to our new Greenskeeper Jason Vogel. Jason has worked on some of the top courses in the St. Louis area including; St. Clair Country Club, St. Elmo Golf Club, Stonewolf, The Acorns, Fox Run and Annbriar. Jason has cleared a lot of the brush and trees that restricted the air flow needed to keep the course nice during difficult times of the year. Come out and check out the big turn round on the greens and tee boxes!
