Locust
Hills Golf Course was built in 1933 (
the current front 9 ). At
that time the course consisted of nine holes.
Back in the 30's, there were only a hand full
of courses in the Metro St. Louis area.
The course was expanded to 18 holes in 1961 (
the current back 9 ). In 1999 the course was purchased
by the current management group with the promise
of bringing the course back to its days of grandeur.
